Headquartered in Saint Petersburg, Florida, Mahesh is a licensed architect who appreciates innovation and improving neighborhoods and spaces. He designs functional, clean and modern spaces that fit your unique site.

Born in Queens, New York, Mahesh was raised around construction and his love for architecture began like many others, with Lego and drawing. One of his first moves as a baby was to crawl up the stairs and check on the building progress of the attic conversion in his 1920’s childhood home.

Immersing himself in his family business brought him face-to-face with the ever-colliding world of architecture and real estate.

Mahesh received his B.S. in Economics and Math at Northeastern University, and obtained his Master of Architecture at The City College of New York.

Mahesh began his career at Plainspace, DPC in New York City, a boutique architecture firm, focused on high end commercial and residential design, and completed his training at Saint Petersburg-based architect Peter Goldhammer’s office, getting an in-depth education on detailing, with particular emphasis on how things come together in the hurricane-prone climate that exists in the Sunshine State.

Much of Mahesh’s experience and focus in architecture has an eye toward what creates the most value, both at present and in the future.

In his free time, Mahesh enjoys woodworking, soccer, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
